Corona Supply Chain Update The effects of Corona on availability in the suppy chain

Since the beginning of February, we have been in close contact with our partner suppliers regarding the potential effect of Corona. We have collected up-to-date information about concrete negative consequences for the delivery time of our partner suppliers. You can find this information here. Customers stay up to date on expected delivery dates based on confirmed availability in the supply chain

We do our best to make it as easy as possible for you. That is why you have access via "MyCenters" to extensive options that simplify your daily work. The unique functionality of MyCenters has developed itsme especially for Machine builders and Industrial end users!

For example, under "Open orders" you can easily view your open orders 24/7, both online and normal orders. Here you can see not only the delivery date you requested, but also the real-time expected delivery date based on confirmed availability in our supply chain. In addition, you can consult all related information directly in your Open Orders overview. And all this information is easy to download and print. Our measures to guarantee transport and delivery of your orders

itsme has introduced an escalation model for our own transport, which absorbs the possible absenteeism of our own drivers by our own people. If that is not possible, an experienced courier service linked to the route will be deployed. Our employees remain closely involved in this, so that customers with special access requirements (e.g keys), continue to be supported in their trusted manner. We are in direct contact with our external carriers, who indicate that they still have everything under control.

Guaranteed telephone and online accessibility of all our locations

Our motivated employees work in shifts at our branche offices or from home with access to all relevant systems to optimally support our customers, as you are used to from us. All visits, with the exception of goods deliveries, have been canceled and are converted into phone or video meetings. Availability of VMI/2BIN Systems

At the moment, our employees cannot visit you to take up and replenish your stock. Unfortunately, it is also not possible to scan your stock. To avoid a shortage of materials, you can inform us of your stock replenishment and / or buffer stocks, so that we can still take care of your delivery at the desired delivery location. Unloading your 2Bin / VMI cannot be done by our employees. Distribution of orders

To ensure the continuity of our logistics services, we have made changes to the organisation of our Distribution Center and our Transport so that we perform as you expect from us. We have also made adjustments for the input and monitoring of your orders. Via this new web platform, our customers are also able to enter orders (and quotations) for a range of 1 million electrotechnical and mechanical articles. The platform also provides an overview of all (online and offline) open quotes, open and historical orders, deliveries, and invoices. Are you a customer with us? Then register here.
