What it does

ABB ability enables a secure data exchange through reliable online connection. This can be through backups & support packages or by Voice and chat massages, images & video’s. It also gives access to drive parameters, event log & manuals. By tracking and saving change history, backups and support packages ABB specialists can rapidly identify a problem and offer a solution. Note: it does not do a total replacement for onsite activities.​​​​​​​
