Hardy Schmitz takes over the activities of Schultz+Erbse

On April 6th, 2021 Hardy Schmitz GmbH will take over the activities of Schultz+Erbse GmbH in an asset deal. With around 300 employees, Hardy Schmitz GmbH has been successfully active in the market as an electrical wholesaler since 1925. With its headquarters in Rheine, Westphalia, and now another 5 branches, the company serves industrial customers from the North Sea, via East Westphalia, the Ruhr area and along the Dutch border. Hardy Schmitz GmbH focuses on supplying industrial customers with a wide range of products and services that are deep and wide for the target market.

Schultz+Erbse will continue to operate as a decentralized sales organization within Hardy Schmitz GmbH. The employees you know will continue to be available for you under the known contact details.
